Melrose Discount Furniture offer free delivery and assembling in most of Los Angeles areas, within ten miles of our office location. Delivery is also available to local areas outside of the ten miles radius including Irvine, Riverside, San Diego, Palm Spring, Bakersfield, Ventura and throughout the Southern California areas at a reasonable price. To find out delivery coast to your area just add the item to shopping cart and use “Estimate Shipping and Tax” quote section. If your zip code does not show in our database please call us at (877) 385-8787 and we will quote the delivery fee for you. Melrose Discount Furniture also offers great shipping deals for Las Vegas Nevada. Please note Las Vegas shipping quote is for curbside delivery only, for white glove delivery please contact us.

Quick Delivery Tips

All purchases of in-stock furniture are delivered within 2-4 business days of the order placement. Specific delivery times or next day delivery can be requested, simply give us a call at (877) 385-8787 or email us at sales@furniturestorelosangeles.com. It is always recommended to check inventory before placing an order. For inventory check you can call us or email us, please include item or model name and all specifics in email. Most of out of stock items takes two to eight weeks for availability. If you need to cancel your order for any reason, you may do so within 12 hours of your initial order at no fee. Orders cancelled after 12 hours are subject to a cancellation fee of 15% of the purchase. Actual cardholder must be present at the time of delivery to accept the order. If the cardholder will not be present at the time of delivery or it is a gift order, we do require an authorization form from cardholder. After submitting the order, we will email you the authorization form, cardholder must fill, sign and e-mail it back to us via e-mail.

As with any online furniture store, there may be slight discrepancies between the depiction of the furniture item you purchase and its actual appearance. Please be aware that colors can vary on different computer monitors. As a result, your furniture item may have a slightly different hue than depicted on your screen. Customers should also be aware that natural items like leather, wood, and stone can have slightly different hues, grains, and textures from one item to the next. If for whatever reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return or exchange it within three days of delivery under our return or exchange policy. Products may only be returned that have not been used. The costs of shipping must be paid by the customer when returning or exchanging an item.
